An API key connects Rial Scribe to an AI service. Individual plan users need one free Gemini key, one OpenAI key, or one Claude key depending on which mode they choose. Pro and Enterprise users don’t need to worry about API keys — we manage them.
One SOP run is one complete pipeline — from video processing through to a finished SOP document. Each video you process counts as one run against your monthly cap.
